1/ FULL-TIME JUNIOR DESIGN ARCHITECT
Practical work experience:
- Experience is considered an asset.
Responsibilities & Skillset:
- Technical and interior design detailing.
- Effective communication with, and proactive follow-up of external consultants, authorities and client representatives.
- Contribute to conceptual, planning application, architectural and tender drawing packages.
- Preparations of bills, specifications, schedules, and tender documents.
- Inspection of ongoing site works both for construction and finishes.
- Contributing ideas and viewpoints as to the better functioning of work practices and the workspace general.
Software Skillset:
- We are looking for someone who is proficient in AutoCAD and Sketchup – proficiency in hand sketching will be considered an asset.
- We also require a high level of competence in using the Microsoft Office software suite as well as Adobe Photoshop.
2/ FULL-TIME DRAUGHTSPERSON
Practical work experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience.
Responsibilities & Skillset:
- Technical, yet design-oriented ability to work through construction design detailing.
- Effective communication with, and proactive follow-up of external consultants, authorities and client representatives.
- Contribute to conceptual, planning application, architectural and tender drawing packages.
- Preparations of bills, specifications, schedules, and tender documents.
- Contributing ideas and viewpoints as to the better functioning of work practices and the workspace general.
Software Skillset:
- We are looking for someone who is proficient in AutoCAD and Sketchup – proficiency in REVIT will be considered an asset.
- We also require a high level of competence in using the Microsoft Office software suite as well as Adobe Photoshop.
3/ FULL-TIME INTERIOR SPATIAL DESIGNER
Practical work experience:
- Minimum of 1 -2 year experience.
Responsibilities & Skillset:
- Good knowledge of FF&E, joinery and interior detailing.
- Experience producing detailed drawings packages, schedules and specifications.
- Good knowledge of finishes and materials, and ability to research products and specifications -investigating their suitability for use.
- Maintain sample library.
- Inspection of ongoing site works.
- Contribute to conceptual, planning application, architectural and tender drawing packages.
- Effective communication with, and proactive follow-up of external consultants, authorities and client representatives.
- Preparations of bills, specifications, schedules, and tender documents.
- Contributing ideas and viewpoints as to the better functioning of work practices and the workspace general.
